A new third party CD and repository featuring open source and freeware applications and libraries has been released along with the release of QNX 6.2.1 NC.
Here is the download link: http://www.qnx.com/developer/download/contrib/ Be aware QSS' download site is slow and doesn't support "resume" or any download manager software you may have. You are encouraged to use one of the mirror sites or access the online repository directly at http://download.qnx.com/contrib/repository621a/repository.qrm using your installer to install the applications you need.
