XTang wrote about nfm-bpf limitations.
But i see also that qnx bpf is read-only (or -- may be i wrong?).
Can You make it for read-write mode as on some system(s)?
Or -- how soon nfm-bpf source will be free?

Best regards,

Alright.

http://staff.qnx.com/~xtang/repository/ ... public.qpr
I cannot install it.
I use local copy of that package in
/tmp/nfm-bpf-src-1.0-public.qpr
and run:
# pkg-installer -u file:///tmp/nfm-bpf-src-1.0-public.qpr

Then Package Manager tells like that:
"All packages are already installed."

Is In that QPR no packages ?

Note: All other packages in the same http://staff.qnx.com/~xtang/repository were installed
OK.
(P.S.Note: href to lsof binary package are duplicated (?))

I don't know too much about pkg-installer/packager :(
I think you need to "pkt-installer -r /tmp/<thefile>.qpr

I don't know why it didn't work, but bottom line, it's
just a "tar + gzip" file, keeps on doing tar zxvf, you
should get the source :)

Should just be...

pkg-installer -u /tmp/nfm-bpf-src-1.0-public.qpr

I run:

# pkg-installer -v -u file:///tmp/nfm-bpf-src-1.0-public.qpr

It output:

file=/root//.ph/pkg_mgr/repository/entry4/tmp/nfm-bpf-src-1.0-public.qpm has a
version(1.010) higher than the version we understand(1.000)
file=/root//.ph/pkg_mgr/repository/entry4/tmp/nfm-bpf-src-dev-1.0-public.qpm has a
version(1.010) higher than the version we understand(1.000)

Obvious Your packager has higher version than my pkg-installer supports.
I have PatchC installed. What is it ? Any ideas ? Where is new pkg-installer ?
Could You pack that with version 1.000 ?
