Please help me about compile driver

using QNX Momentics 6.3 SP2 and tray compile standard DDK serial driver 8250. Part io-char compile without errors,but part devc-ser8250 permanently display error message for all targets:

Well there are two likely causes you should check.

1) /tmp does not exist
2) /tmp exists but you do not have write permissions
