VAX simulator

For those interested, Bob Supnik's VAX simulator ports readily to
Neutrino. You can also grab a free copy of VAX/VMS from www.montagar.com
after filling out a DECUS membership. I've also heard that NetBSD
boots on the VAX simulator as well :-)

Here's a sample:

KA655-B V5.3, VMB 2.7
Performing normal system tests.

Tests completed.

%SYSBOOT-I-SYSBOOT SAVEDUMP parameter not set to protect the PAGEFILE.SYS

Isn't Neutrino amazing? :-)
