ISA PNP sb sound card problem with QNX4

Post by Lily » Thu Mar 28, 2002 1:45 am

I use isapnp download from Contributed software section.
first run 'pnpdump > pnp.cfg' and then edit pnp.cfg , then run 'isapnp
pnp.cfg'. All these step seems work well.
Then I run 'Audio sb -b220 -d1,0 -i10'. and no error .
Finally I run 'vplay *.wav' . no sound output. and with error "Open /dev/dsp
failed Resource busy" .
why? I'm disappointed.

Well, this newsgroup is for people writing audio drivers using the QNX6
driver development kit, so you're in the wrong spot. Try the QNX4 newsgroup
and you might get a better response than this one.
