OpenGL pci memory map

Hi,

We have an opengl application that is memory faulting. We've been using
this program for years and it has in the past been stable. We've also
run it on the same hardware, a versalogic VSBC-8 pc-104, PCI voodoo III.
We are using qnx 6.2 patch A. Here is the output.

looking for Vid=0x121A, Did=0x0005
TotalVRam 0x01000000
looking for Vid=0x121A, Did=0x0005
looking for Vid=0x121A, Did=0x0005
looking for Vid=0x121A, Did=0x0005
pciMapPhysicalToLinear -- map failed
pciMapPhysicalToLinear -- map failed
Memory fault

We can run opengl programs using software rendering without this error.

Any ideas why it can't map the memory?

Update the Photon 3d package from the online unsupported repository. It
should work again.
