This qdn posting mentioned a survey result compiled by EDC at http://www.windowsfordevices.com/articles/AT7814535685.html. Though they didn't mention QNX in the text, the bar chart graph clearly shows QNX beat FreeBSD and Sun on the current project by a big margin.
